Our Goats

Our goats are raised as part of our family.  They provide us with wonderful milk, cheese, fudge, butter, and ice cream.  We provide them with the care they need to grow and thrive.  Goats have specific housing requirements, as well as special feeding needs and health care routines.  We feed our goats a second-cutting hay mixture year-round.  In addition to this, they have their own, fenced pasture with the underbrush and browse goats love; and the does get a grain ration with black oil sunflower seeds.

 O'Seven and Delta

We are diligent with their hoof trimming and vaccination schedule, and we have been extremely blessed with beautiful, healthy goats.

We believe it is important for the goats to be well-socialized.  So, the entire family engages the "chore" of joining in on goat play-time every day.  Our goats LOVE to be around people, and they will not be happy in a home where they will be left out to pasture all day, every day.

Ruthie hangs out with her favorite boys (well, her favorite boys besides Daddy...)
